Hotel Narcis - Maslinica Hotels & Resorts

The hotel area and its amenities contribute more to its 4 stars than the room comfortness. Overall, this is more of a 3 stars hotel. The rooms need a lot of love and serious maintenance. Plus: 1. You can reach the beach in less than 5 min. Restaurant by the beach also has big choices of foods 2. 4 outdoor pools (1 with water slides), 2 indoor pools ( 1 salted pool), fitness, spa and wellness access to all guests 3. Restaurant staff are friendly and working very diligently 4. Very kids friendly with kids programmes all day everyday 5.variety of foods offer during breakfast and dinner 6. rooms with great seaview Minus: 1. Hotel is quite old and need facelift (outdoor pools tiles fell off, dining table area in front of the bar has water dripping from ceiling) 2. Room also needs serious maintenance. (air conditioning in the room is not working properly although we set temperature below 10 we still feel like 28 degree, mold in the room, room smell of the pipe not really a pleasant welcome, only 1 power socket in the room which is not sufficient for long stay guests) 3. Beach has area for disability people (well thought) but all the pools in hotels area are not equipped for disablility :(

The rooms are ok not that amazing compare to other resort hotel that I have been to. Outside the place looks amazing but inside u will see how old the property is. Service- mostly it's the Filipino staff are always smilling and friendly that made the vacation extra special and the rest of the nationalities are just smug (not all of course but mostly) Location- AMAZING VIEW!!! U will never get tired of the view everyday! NOTE: The shop closes early and there is not much to do at night.

First, I would like to appreciate the hotel services, fitness, a lot of swimming pools and the fact that there is a room where I can put my paddleboard. The personnel was always kind, and the room was always clean. The hotel is family-friendly and quiet during the night. The big drawback was the long waiting queue at the dinner. I am afraid the hotel is trying to save in the wrong place. The warm dishes were all put on one food counter. So the desperate guests, once they reached the counter, took a big portion, knowing this was their only chance to get there. The second drawback was the air conditioning, which almost doesn't work. I set the thermostat to a minimum, and there was hot during the night, so we slept on a balcony (but it was fantastic, so thank you for it). Perhaps a simple fan running the colder air in the night from the balcony to the room would be a more efficient solution. Our vacation in Rabac was fantastic, but sadly not due to the hotel. The last thing I want to say in this review is that it was our third stay in the hotel but, unfortunately, the worst one.

Nice hotel located near the bay and surrounded by forest. Every room has a big terrace with a stunning view! Big parking lot, some parking spaces are even in the shades. Stuff is very friendly. Food delicious! Best is the spa - wellness Center!!! A must do! In and outdoor pool. Tennis court and activity for kids. Nice walking / running places.

This is one of my worst experience ever. The hotel is not what I was expecting. The room was bad. I don't think they clean the room right cause the bed sheets were dirty .In the bathroom they had one of those tubes for hair and body and the one in the shower was empty ( it supposed to be 4 star hotel ) The a.c. wasn't working right and the room was too hot. We asked the reception 3 times to fix or change the room. And they did nothing and only on our last day, they send someone and he said they can't fix it and left. And the hotel didn't bother to bring us a fan or change the room.We had breakfast and dinner and the food was meh . Not good at all. And actually they are 4 hotels attached to each other so it was too crowded.and therefore it was super hard to find parking. When we arrived we had to go through the parking area for almost an hour to find somewhere to park The car. The only good thing were the pools ( there were 4 pools for all the hotels )and there is also another restaurant by the beach which had good food.and there is diving school there .we will Never go back there again
